According to the information revealed, Romain Leclef comes from a family with a tradition of nearly 200 years in the perfume industry in France, is the 7th generation successor of a famous brand. He graduated in engineering from the Compiègne University of Technology (2010) and received his master's degree from HEC Paris (2013) – one of Europe's leading business schools. The combination of technical background and management thinking is considered a strength that has helped him achieve many successes in the field of aromatherapy and cosmetics.

Currently, Romain Leclef holds the position of General Director of the Asia-Pacific region of the Tournaire Group, a group founded in 1833, specializing in providing technical packaging and packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Joining Tournaire Group in 2013, he gradually rose from the position of sales officer to regional manager, making a mark when helping export sales in Asia increase by more than 25% in the period 2020 – 2024 alone. He is also the co-creator of the UN-certified packaging line for specialty chemicals – an initiative that helps Tournaire maintain its leading position in the industry.

Not only successful in his career, Romain Leclef is also a man who loves art. He and Thao Nhi Le founded the Nïmaï perfume brand, aiming for a high-end niche perfume, combining the quintessence of French crafting with the modern aesthetic taste of Vietnamese people. Although it was first launched, Nïmaï has already received attention among incense lovers thanks to its exquisite design and emotional brand story.

According to a close person, Romain Leclef has moved to Vietnam to live in 2014 and often moves between countries because of the nature of his work. He has nearly 1,500 followers on Instagram, where he shares pictures of business trips, community activities, and simple everyday moments.
