On the evening of July 27, at the City Opera House, a ceremony was held to announce the Decision to establish and recognize the provisional Executive Board of the Hai Phong City Artists Club. At the same time, director - producer Pham Duy Khanh was appointed as the chairman.

Comrade Dinh Thi Bich Lien - Director of the City's Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition officially handed over the decision No. 214/QD - VHDATL dated July 22, 2025 appointing Comrade Pham Duy Khanh to the position of Chairman of the Hai Phong City Artists Club, under the City's Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City. In addition, Ms. Dinh Thi Phuong Thao, Supermodel Nguyen Thi Xuan Lan and Master Dang Tien Thuan were appointed as Deputy Heads of the Board of Directors.

According to the decision of the City Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition, the Hai Phong City Artists Club was established with 20 members who are artists working in the performing arts, especially actors, models and MCs. The temporary executive board consists of 6 people.

Ms. Dinh Thi Bich Lien, Director of the City's Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition, emphasized: "The Hai Phong City Artists Club is a place to nurture, train and develop talents, helping young people with a passion for art have the opportunity to study systematically, practice skills, and work with experts, MCs and experienced artists. The City's Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition always accompanies the club, orienting activities, supporting venues, and working with the club to build art programs with rich content and quality, contributing to creating a useful playground for developing the mass cultural and artistic movement, improving the spiritual and cultural life of the city's people".

When taking on this role, director - producer Pham Duy Khanh expressed: "My feelings at this moment are very happy because not a few days ago I also received the position of director of the City Young Artists Club appointed by the Vietnam Youth Union of Hai Phong City. Now, I continue to receive the trust of the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City and the City's Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition, appointing me again as director of the Hai Phong City Artists Club. This is a great honor for me throughout my artistic career. I really appreciate this and will promote my strengths to the fullest."

He said that although he had been away for many years, Hai Phong was still the place that held his love and artistic ideals. Returning to his homeland, Pham Duy Khanh hoped to use his experience and influence to promote the cultural and artistic movement, and at the same time bring international competitions and major music programs to organize in Hai Phong.

Pham Duy Khanh revealed: "In addition to my strength in organizing domestic beauty contests, I hope to bring international contests to Hai Phong and some big music and entertainment programs with top Vietnamese stars. I really want to organize many quality cultural programs with my young colleagues, using art to promote the beauty of the people, traditions and typical products of Hai Phong city to domestic and international friends."

In the coming time, Mr. Pham Duy Khanh said that he will coordinate with the Board of Directors and young artists to implement many new projects. Being busy is inevitable, but this is the job he loves and is attached to. "I am a person with nearly 20 years of experience in the arts. So developing the club is within my reach. The important thing is that in the beginning, I will have to spend a lot of time connecting artists in Hai Phong together. At the same time, the club does not only have me, but also the vice directors, young people full of energy and enthusiasm will work with me to develop the club," he said.
