At the age of 16, artist Thanh Hoa started studying at the Vietnam Music School and graduated from Intermediate School in 1970. After that, she worked at Liberation Radio.

Here, the first song that the female artist sang was "Spring Bird Wings". At that time, she was very thin, only 42kg, but when she sang, her breath was very long, making everyone extremely surprised.

"At that time, it was still very hard to sing, there was no microphone like this. Singing with a loudspeaker selling newspapers. Walking distance of 30-40 kilometers, we marched with the army, representing a group of people. The artist class was able to contribute their singing to the anti-American resistance war", she recounted sadly.

After walking along the Truong Son mountain range, singing to serve soldiers, artist Thanh Hoa returned to work at the Voice of Vietnam. She worked here until her retirement in 2006.

At the age of 73, People's Artist Thanh Hoa still has a youthful and energetic spirit. Currently, People's Artist Thanh Hoa is living with her husband and son's family in a spacious house with a garden of more than 1000m2. In the late afternoon, the female artist enjoys the peaceful and perfect days, loved by her husband.

It is known that the husband of artist Thanh Hoa is circus artist Ton That Loi. He is 6 years younger than her. Before that, People's Artist Thanh Hoa once experienced a boat and had 2 children. At that time, because of the strictness of society, the female artist seemed to find it difficult to find a peaceful home.

Then, she met artist Ton That Loi during a tour with a group. His first impression of her was that of a small but strong woman who took her two children everywhere with her. Later, the more I learned, the more artist Ton That Loi admired and loved People's Artist Thanh Hoa. Up to now, the two have been together for 40 years, firmly. After going through the ups and downs, they live peacefully and happily with their children and grandchildren.
