Quoc Dai was born on December 19, 1979 in Ho Chi Minh City. Quoc Dai's real name is Nguyen Quoc Dai. He is a very successful male singer who sings lyrical music very well known and loved by many audiences.

Born into an ordinary civil servant family. Since childhood, Quoc Dai had a passion for singing and was supported by his parents. At first, when Quoc Dai asked to sing cai luong, his parents didn't think much of it, but nodded in agreement. However, due to his passion, he neglected his studies, so his family objected, even "forbidden" to let him take singing lessons. Listening to his parents, during the years of middle and high school, he no longer participated in the arts, but only focused on his studies.

As a student at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City, Quoc Dai participated in the school's "Student Singing" contest and won the first prize. In 1998, Quoc Dai won the second prize of the Ho Chi Minh City Television Singing Contest and officially entered the path of professional singing. After the contest, Quoc Dai became a singer of the Light Music Center of Ho Chi Minh City.

After 8 years of singing, 8 years of making mone.y, Quoc Dai also accumulated a small amount of mone.y and released his first album "Go back to me" with the image of a "multi-colored" Quoc Dai. However, contrary to his expectations, the album "sunk" among many popular vocalists at that time. For a long time after that, he thought he was at an impasse. He said: "After 8 years of singing, I had the intention of opening a cafe and peacefully singing in a tea room".

Even when he received an offer to record, he was not able to do well. "Until now, I still feel ashamed and sorry to musicians Pham Minh Tuan and Nguyen Ha for not recording well," Quoc Dai expressed.

Due to such a serious illness, he had to stop singing for 4 months. He said: "I feel that I have been too subjective, to the point that I cannot forgive myself." After the incident, Quoc Dai became more conscious of keeping healthy and learned to arrange scientific work.

After recovering, he returned to the arts and fortunately for him the audience still believes and loves him. More than that, he returned with a new, more beautiful and charming appearance.

With his new appearance, the audience was surprised by his spectacular comeback. Quoc Dai's image has improved a lot and the songs he sings have also begun to make an impression in the hearts of young music-loving audiences. Continuous albums singing with Cam Ly were well received by the audience.

If I can't stand it, how much do the fathers and mothers love their children. So I don't want to have children anymore. Part of it is that I'm afraid, I worry about a lot of things. Like when going to sing or do anything, I always think of my responsibilities first," Quoc Dai shared.

In addition to singing, he is also active in charity work, accompanying people in difficult circumstances. During trips to serve overseas Vietnamese in the sea and islands, singer Quoc Dai is always warmly welcomed by his relatives, because of his sweet voice.
