People's Representative of Seven Nam: "ancestor" of Cai Luong, biological mother of Diamond People's People, acting in the play "Durian Leaves" that is difficult for anyone to replace

People's Representative Seven Nam, real name Le Thi Nam, was born in 1913 in My Tho, Tien Giang. She was born into an artistic family — her parents had nine children, seven of whom became theater artists.

It is known that the People's Party of Seven Nam has been singing since the age of 14 (about 1926 - 1927), with an extremely genuine stage name: Seven Nam. During her dedication to the singing profession, she has set countless records: Being the first pregnant woman in the history of Cai Luong (19 years old, she set up a singing burden - Nam Hung); The first screenwriter of Saigon with countless scripts: Mother's heartbreak, Vietnamese woman, Golden sword with red blood, Dieu Tam Xuan, Tieu Anh Phong, Chalk harem...

It is known that when she was only 19 years old, Ms. seven Nam, thanks to the financial resources of her husband (Sau Ngo), established the Nam Hung Singing Band. The singing burden gathered many top artists at that time.

Not only doing gourds, the artist also stars every night for singing songs, and tours everywhere with artists. Artist Seven Nam is famous and loved by many roles - including gentle female roles such as the role of Sculpting Boat in Boat Sculpture Hí Lu Bo, Boat Sculpture Bai Nguyet ..., she is especially successful in majestic male roles such as Quan Cong, Lu Bo, or the roles of old men such as Wang Zifu, Li Nhu.

Not stopping at her acting skills and ability to manage a large singing company, artist Seven Nam is also the first female composer of Cai Luong in Vietnam. She has compiled hits such as The Golden Sword of Red Blood, Le Loi Rebellion, The Heartbreak of the Mother, The Vietnamese Woman, or Tieu Anh Phung Chao.

Despite its rapid development, the Nam Hung burden of the People's Republic of Seven Nam had to be disbanded in 1935. According to the document of author Nguyen Phuong, the cause of this "breakup" is because Ms. seven Nam embraces too many things, so it is difficult to avoid negligence and loss. And this burden was merged with the Blessed Gang burden of her sister Miss Five Fei to become the Great Blessed Gang.

In 1937, Ms. Nam Phi left and founded the Nam Fei Luong Reform Union, after her husband Nguyen Ngoc Cuong officially married his sister Ms. seven Nam as his wife. It is known that artist Diamond is one of the 3 children of the two grandparents.

In the late 1940s, Dai Phuoc Cuong's burden gradually declined when Nguyen Ngoc Cuong fell seriously ill and died. Ms. Nam's husband died on tour, "the four great-great-grandmothers" at the time of her decline, she did not have money to bury her relatives, and had to rely on the help of local Cai Luong fans.

About 6 years after her second husband, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, died, Ms. seven Nam became betrothed to the composer Duy Lan of Nam Phong singing troupe. Nanfeng was Miss Nine Beer, the younger brother of Mrs. Seven Nam, and her chief digger at that time was the Diamond artist.

Artist Seven Nam is not only famous in the field of reform, but also popular in the field of drama and film. According to composer Nguyen Phuong, People's Artist Seven Nam is the first female artist in Saigon invited by Intermundial Film Company to play with actors such as Daniel Gélin and Anne Méchard in Marcel Camus' film Mort en Fraude.

And she has also appeared in Vietnamese films such as Hyacinth Flower, Blade of Grass and Wind Joking, About the Source, A Glimpse of Passion ...

The two most successful productions of her acting career were "The Durian Leaf" and "The Lapel Rose". Those two plays alone are enough to prove great talent, touching so many audiences' hearts.

Through the honest performance of the mother of the Seven Nam People's Party (Diamond People's Party plays the daughter), "Durian Leaves" is considered the "heirloom" of her family. So far, whoever re-enacts this play cannot overcome the huge shadow left by the mother and daughter of the Seven Nam People's Party.

People's Representative Diamond once shared: "I tell the truth, no one plays the role of Mrs. Tu as well as Mrs. Seven Nam. The success of the show is that the love of mother and daughter is really brought to the stage in real life."

For Diamond People's Party, Seven Nam People's People is not only a mother but also a good teacher and "co-star" on stage. People's Representative Diamond said that her maternal grandfather was a vineyard, so he was very prejudiced against artists. After his father's death, he dared to pursue a career in singing, but continued to be opposed by his uncle.

Sharing with the press, the Diamond People's Party has always remembered the teaching of the late People's Representative Seven Nam: theater is not a profession but a religion, teaching people to live better. The artist must make sacrifices to make the profession good, do not defile the profession that he is pursuing, that is feeding him, do not harm the younger generation.

People's Artist Seven Nam died at 12:50 a.m. on Aug. 18. 2004, aged 91. Up to now, it has been nearly 20 years since she left the world, but her fame and talent are still mentioned by posterity as one of the "ancestors" of Vietnamese wealth.
