As of December 2020, Shark Binh increased its contributed capital to VND 350 billion, accounting for 70% of the ownership rate. Mr. Hoang holds 10% (equivalent to VND 50 billion). The remaining shares are owned by a shareholder named Dao Minh Phu.

In another development, the shareholder structure of Young Technology & Innovation JSC TEKY Holdings (charter capital 20 billion dong) after about 4 years of establishment still retains the same shareholders, of which NextTech Group holds 11.9% of the capital. , Ms. Dao Lan Huong holds the most capital 53.6%.
