This request stems from the serious mental, health and financial losses that the male singer suffered after the incident that occurred at the couple's residence in February 2024. In the lawsuit, Dam Vinh Hung accuse.d Mr. Gerard of failing to ensure the safety of guests at a private party, leading to his serious injuries and the loss of several toes.

According to the latest developments, during the livestream at noon on November 24, Dung Taylor (show producer, singer Thu Phuong's husband) firmly declared that Mr. Gerard Williams will sue Dam Vinh Hung. Dung Taylor said that next week, Bich Tuyen and her husband will sue the other party.
