Not only that, the top 10 contestants with the highest sales also received a reward of a dinner with Mr. Nawat â a trick seen at Miss Grand International. This makes many people comment that Miss Universe Thailand is gradually becoming a "copy" of Miss Peace.
Beauty pageant or commercial playground?
For a long time, Mr. Nawat has publicly advocated turning the Miss into people with business ability. At Miss Grand, he once gave a set of "4B" criteria: Beauty, Body, Brain and Business. With Miss Universe Thailand, he also applied the same model, affirming that the winner must be beautiful, valuable and know how to expand his or her commercial potential.
