Mr. Dung Taylor also informed that singer Dam Vinh Hung has changed lawyer Tu Huy Hoang to replace the previous consulting lawyer group. The disadvantage is that the requests related to Dam Vinh Hung's taxes, income, and immigration in the US will be closely scrutinized when the lawsuit starts again. The lawsuit is revived, meaning that the request for Dam Vinh Hung to pay $1 in honor, $1 for attorney fees, and an apology will make Mr. Gerard Williams' lawsuit no longer valid, and the two sides will have to meet in court.

Reporters contacted Dam Vinh Hung to find out the situation, however the male singer has yet to give an official response.

After that, Dam Vinh Hung filed a lawsuit against Mr. Gerard Williams in the US court, demanding compensation of 20 million USD. On November 29, Dam Vinh Hung spoke for the first time: "If I am wrong, the court will make a wrong decision. And I will be the one to accept defeat."

On December 4, Dam Vinh Hung announced that he was withdrawing the lawsuit against the billionaire and said: "I was angry so I made the wrong decision...".

As for billionaire Gerard Williams, he filed a counter-suing lawsuit against Dam Vinh Hung. He said he had forgiven Dam Vinh Hung. However, legally, he will not withdraw the lawsuit until Dam Vinh Hung publicly apologizes and compensates $1. "My honor and integrity have been damaged by Dam Vinh Hung. I am not counter-suing with the intention of harming Dam Vinh Hung," billionaire Gerard Williams said.

Previously, social media was also abuzz with rumors about a "conspiracy theory" that the two sides had created a $15 million lawsuit to promote each other. But in many aspects, it can be seen that neither side needed to approach the public in such a way.
