Recently, Mai Phuong shared about her contest journey. She said that behind the scenes at Miss World is very harsh, the schedule is tight, the contestants have to concentrate highly, practice adaptation to stay healthy and mentally racing with activities.

Specifically, Mai Phuong confided when asked about Miss World's schedule: "I am very grateful to the Miss World organization, because they really try to arrange so that the representatives have a lot of time to rest." However, I am also a contestant, they also have activities to do, and a specific schedule. There are places that leave very early, but when they come back at noon, they also let them rest, rather than going all the way. The day is long. However, because of such a large group, we have to concentrate. When we first meet, we can't remember everyone, so if we don't concentrate, we will easily get lost. Wherever we go, we have to move quickly with our friends, eat must adapt to drinking".

"The closer the practice schedule gets, the more intense it gets. That means one day when you wake up, you practice continuously for 7-8 hours, with the dance troupe girls, then go out to assemble the stage to remember the lineup. Just keep going. continuously like that. After that, we divided into groups to take pictures, record profile clips, a lot of activities. In the evening, the organizers also let me go home early, but to prepare for tomorrow's activities, I had to prepare my things. Pack your clothes, iron your clothes, and lay out the things you'll bring with you the next day. There's still very little time left to sleep.

Therefore, I will take advantage of the time in the car to catch up on sleep. That's how I keep myself healthy during the competition. However, we cannot avoid the weather factor. I don't think New Delhi will be that cold, only 16 degrees. However, gradually you can adapt. As for everything else, the organizers always ensure that contestants will be safe, everything will be the freshest and most energetic," Mai Phuong added.

In addition to the shock of the weather, the queen also said that she hardly uses her phone or social networks. This is a detail that surprises many people. "I barely surf social networks. Tiktok doesn't work in India. On other networks, I post stories to let everyone know the situation in the first days in India. After that, I focused on taking exams, and every time I met Friends, play together and spend time talking and learning about each other, so we don't use our phones. When we go to practice, we don't hold our phones. When we get back to our rooms, we're so tired that we don't bother holding them anymore. In general, it's like So, time passes quickly and I feel confident, not distracted by outside things too much," Mai Phuong said.

Miss World is the largest, oldest and most prestigious beauty contest, and the 71st season has just been held successfully in India.
