"Muc Dong Mo Nam" is a costume inspired by the famous painting of Dong Ho folk painting village "Cowherd Playing the Flute". Borrowing the image of a carefree and innocent cowherd boy dreaming about an afternoon dream when the farm work is finished, Nguyen Minh Cong wants to tell about Tuong San's dream from 6 years ago for the journey of changing herself to the present and going to Miss International Queen. "Everyone has a dream, everyone has ambitions and everyone wants to be themselves. Tuong San once shared with me her dream and I realized that the cowherd boy also has the right to dream of becoming a beautiful, graceful and elegant lady and living the life he desires" - that is the core idea of "Muc Dong Mo Nam" that Nguyen Minh Cong cherished.

"Mother's Dream at Midday" is a design with a spectacular transformation from the image of a buffalo boy in a traditional Vietnamese costume, a checkered scarf and a buffalo modeled from a bamboo frame and a lantern into a beautiful, gorgeous lady in a yellow-toned bib dress. From the story "The Buffalo Herder Playing the Flute" of Dong Ho paintings, Nguyen Minh Cong breathed into it the soul of contemporary fashion mixed with tradition to realize the dream of the buffalo boy of the past.
