The financial difficulties that led to the decision to stop organizing a beauty contest are the wise choices of actor Truong Ngoc Anh at the moment. Because, finding sponsors for beauty contests is no longer easy. Meanwhile, the organization of accommodation for hundreds of contestants from many countries and territories around the world is always a big challenge.

Accordingly, the City Center for Performing Arts and Cinema has sent a petition to the People's Court of Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City). Ho Chi Minh City) asked TNA Entertainment Co., Ltd. (represented by Ms. Truong Ngoc Anh) to fulfill the obligation to pay the contract because it is related to activities within the framework of the Miss Earth 2023 contest (Miss Earth 2023).

In the presentation, the City Performing Arts and Cinema Organization Center provided TNA Entertainment Co., Ltd. with service items such as sound systems, lighting, green carpets, horizontal banners, management staff, security and order, and theater rental costs, to serve the Ceremony Welcome - Hello Miss Earth 2023 event.

After that, the Center has completed the coordination of organizing the performance in accordance with the terms of the contract and the two parties have signed the minutes of acceptance of the items of the program.

However, TNA Entertainment Co., Ltd. sent an official letter on the extension of payment of the debt contract and proposed to pay the amount of VND 324,300,000 divided into 6 installments. However, up to now, TNA Entertainment Co., Ltd. has not made the refund according to the agreement. Therefore, the City Center for Performing Arts and Cinema initiated a lawsuit to the People's Court of Thu Duc City.
