Miss Le Hoang Phuong caused a stir when she was suddenly summoned by the court, in a case related to Nam An cosmetic hospital. This is considered the biggest noise of the queen, right in the term of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023.

TAND of Binh Thanh district is scheduled to hear the commercial business case disputed the brand promotion contract between the plaintiff, Nam An Aesthetic Hospital, and the defendant, Lotus Golden Commercial Advertising Joint Stock Company (Lotus Golden Company, managing Miss Grand 2023 Le Hoang Phuong) on April 25.

In addition to the litigants, the court also summoned Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 (Miss Peace Vietnam) Le Hoang Phuong as a person with relevant rights and obligations; the witness was Dr. Chiem Quoc Thai.

According to the content of the lawsuit, on March 17, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Lan (General Director of Nam An Aesthetic Hospital) and Golden Lotus Company signed a brand promotion contract worth VND 10 billion. The two sides agreed, Nam An Aesthetic Hospital as the host of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 contest, will be recognized in the contract that "the crowned person will be the brand ambassador of Nam An Aesthetic Hospital for two years". Le Hoang Phuong then became Miss Grand Vietnam 2023, naturally becoming a brand ambassador to promote Nam An Aesthetic Hospital.

However, according to Ms. Lan, on November 7, 2023, there was an article online showing the Facebook account of Dr. Chiem Quoc Thai - Director of another cosmetic hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, tagged the Facebook account Le Hoang Phuong. In particular, Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 expressed her feelings about the article, At the same time, he publicly commented : "Yes, thank you for helping me have a flawless beauty and more confidence."

Ms. Lan said that Miss Grand Le Hoang Phuong is the brand ambassador of Nam An Aesthetic Hospital, but confirmed the content and promoted the brand for the other doctor's company (operating in the same industry and field). This is a serious violation of the legitimate rights and interests of Nam An Hospital that signed the contract with Golden Lotus.

The plaintiff also said that before initiating the lawsuit, he twice worked with Golden Lotus Company to negotiate and choose the best option for the parties. However, this company offered a compensation plan of one billion VND, so Nam An Hospital did not accept it.

Le Hoang Phuong was born in 1995, a native of Khanh Hoa, graduated in Architecture from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2021, and is currently the CEO of an architectural company. She participated in numerous beauty pageants over four years before being crowned Miss Peace Vietnam 2023 in August. Currently, the beauty is the "muse" of many domestic designers. In early December 2023, Le Hoang Phuong received a diploma at a school for entrepreneurs.

In October 2023, she will represent Vietnam in the Miss Grand International 2023 pageant, to be held at home. With an excellent journey, Le Hoang Phuong made beauty fans burst when she reached the top 5 overall with the achievement of 4th runner-up. This is also Vietnam's second highest title at this pageant, after the miss title achieved by Thuy Tien in 2021.

Currently, the case of Le Hoang Phuong being summoned by the court is causing fans to be extremely confused.
