On March 23, Lan Phuong posted a long article on her personal page sharing about giving birth for the second time. The 8X actress continuously experienced difficulties and pain that affected her health.

"Nearly 6 years after preparing for the second surgery, Phuong thought the pain of the spinal injection and the first time sitting up after surgery were the scariest, but life is not like a dream.

The second surgery brought a much harsher experience. With the nurse instructing me to relax and breathe, the spinal injection was not so painful anymore," she said.

Notably, after successfully "going through labor", Lan Phuong continued to experience severe pain: "The most scary thing was when the anesthetic ran out, the doctor pressed and pushed the uterus, tears welled up in Phuong's eyes and cries of pain and fear.

The first day, I continuously received painkillers but the pain did not improve much. Only at night did the painkillers take effect. Phuong had less pain so she turned around to breastfeed the baby a little easier."

Even though 17 days have passed after surgery, Lan Phuong still has health problems and is uncomfortable when changing positions. In addition, she said the area around the wound is still very sore.

Regarding asking for help, the star of the film Love a Sunny Day confided that she tried to take care of her second child herself so as not to bother her mother, allowing her to rest because she was already taking care of her eldest daughter.

"When breastfeeding the baby directly, it's difficult to do anything to help. Grandma has already helped take care of Lina, so she just wants her to sleep well at night to stay healthy. Phuong takes care of the baby herself so that the mother doesn't have to put extra effort and fatigue on her body. If mom is healthy, Phuong is happy," she shared.

Lan Phuong is a familiar actress in Vietnamese television series. Actresses often play character roles and can play both villains and protagonists well. She started acting in films in 2003, but since 2007 she has become better known for her role as Mai Lan in "Ugly Girl" with actor Chi Bao.
