Having a modest height of 1m67, Khoa Pug did not hesitate to share that it was his low self-esteem about his appearance that motivated him to seek leg lift surgery – one of the most painful and expensive cosmetic procedures today. Previously, he underwent his first surgery in 2022, which helped raise his height to about 1m75. However, it seems that he is still not satisfied and decides to continue pulling his legs again.

"I was born only 1m67 tall. Now reaching more than 1m8 is beyond expectations. Poor people can get rich, but dwarfs can't grow tall without medical intervention," Khoa Pug said frankly. He believes that everyone is born with their own strengths and weaknesses, no one owns everything completely. There are people who are rich in trillions but their height is modest, on the contrary, there are people who own impressive height but have no assets. "Life is compensation. The important thing is whether you are satisfied with what you have," he shared.

After the successful operation, Khoa Pug quickly packed his luggage to return to Vietnam to recuperate. He revealed that he had bought business class tickets for two people, with a total value of more than one hundred million VND. Notably, this time he was forced to move in a wheelchair to the airport because his legs were still weak and could not walk on his own.

"This is the first time I have to go to the airport in a wheelchair, it feels very strange. The flight back to Vietnam lasts 11 hours and I don't know how to move in the current conditions," he said. According to the male YouTuber, it will take at least three more months for him to be able to walk lightly and it will take a year to exercise normally.

Although he could not stand upright because his legs were still bent after surgery, Khoa Pug confidently confirmed that his height had exceeded 1m8. "If I wear shoes, I will be close to 1m9. That's something that makes me unbelievable, especially for someone who has lived all his life with a height of 1m6 like me," he added.

At the airport, Khoa Pug was supported by staff to push his wheelchair to the place, ensuring that all procedures went smoothly. When boarding the plane, he was seated in business class with a private seat, helping to relax comfortably during the 11-hour journey. Not hiding his emotions, he shared: "I have traveled to many countries before, but this is the most special trip because it is the first time I have returned to Vietnam after successfully pulling my legs."

Although he was controversial when he publicized the leg pulling process, Khoa Pug was still consistent with his choice. He believes that appearance can greatly affect confidence and quality of life. However, this is not an easy path: "Leg pulling is painful, expensive and requires absolute patience. Not everyone is capable or brave enough to do this."
