Standing out among the cast of male idols, Jennie and Lisa are rare females who are appreciated for their rapping abilities in K-pop. However, some people think that the 2 YG girls are not really worthy of this position.
Popular Brazilian entertainment website Dabame over the past few weeks has held a survey for fans to vote on who they consider to be the top K-pop rapper. With more than 2 million votes, the most popular names are officially revealed. The results were announced on Sept. 7.
Notably, only two female idols made it into the Top 10 of this poll and both are members of the group BlackPink, Jennie and Lisa. In addition, the first three places went to BTS rappers: RM, J-Hope, and Suga, respectively.
According to Koreaboo, Jennie finished 10th. In BlackPink, she takes on the role of the main rapper. This ranking received a lot of support from netizens. However, some argue that the female idol does not deserve to be in the top 10 rappers in Kpop because she cannot write the lyrics herself.

While the sisterhood dominates the rap aura, Rosé (BlackPink) also does not succumb by covering the global campaign of 4 high-end brands.
