The singer born in 1997 revealed that he discussed and asked for permission to use the image during the trip to meet Messi. Messi's side agreed on the condition that the image of the male player not be used for commercial, political or national purposes.

Lawyer Ha Hai (Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association) HCM) said that when you want to post an image of someone, you need to ask permission and get consent. "If Messi's side allows to take pictures, allows the use of images in the MV, it is completely legal, there is no discussion. But if the player does not agree, the use of the image is against the law," he said.

The lawyer said Messi is a celebrity, in the case of posting without permission, sometimes affecting mentally and materially. "Whether in Vietnam or any other country, the law stipulates that images are sacrosanct. Unless permission is allowed," the lawyer said.

According to lawyer Ha Hai, Jack is a public figure, he needs to be more aware of this to avoid causing noise and damage. He put the case that if the singer from Ben Tre has not agreed and asked for Messi's permission, it is necessary to remove the image of the football star before things get more complicated.

Sharing the same view, lawyer Nguyen Van Hau (Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association) HCM) says that according to the law, when using someone's image, their consent is required. Article 32 of the Civil Code states that the individual has the right to his image. "The use of the image needs to be consented to by the person. If used for commercial purposes, there must be remuneration and an agreement," Hau said.

Lawyer Nguyen Van Hau said that Messi is a famous football star, so the image has commercial value. "According to article 592 of the Civil Code, if Jack has not asked for permission but uses Messi's image, when the south of this player sues in court, Jack must bear the costs that Messi suffered damage or mental compensation," lawyer Nguyen Van Hau responded.
