Earlier on February 19, the management company announced that Urin would temporarily withdraw from the group's activities, including performances on February 25 and 26, to undergo surgery due to a spinal fracture. Doctors also asked Urin to avoid strenuous activities before and after the surgery.

On February 23, the singer also spoke up to reassure fans with a very optimistic spirit: "I apologize to everyone who planned to come today. I will take care of myself so I can come back to you." She also said that she was preparing for surgery at the hospital and was resting.
