Hoang Thi Hanh was born in 1992 in Thai Hoa, Nghe An, is a Vietnamese model and runner-up. She was the first runner-up of Miss Asia Beauty 2017 and is the representative of Vietnam at Miss Earth 2019.

Hoang Thi Hanh is also a professional Taekwondo athlete. She has been studying Taekwondo since grade 8 and has participated in many major tournaments. Hoang Thi Hanh has won 10 medals in her martial arts career.
