On the afternoon of March 14, CER Group (Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company) held a media meeting in Hanoi. This is the unit that produces and distributes KERA vegetable candy and Loinest bird's nest - 2 products that have attracted attention recently.

At the event, Hang Du Muc, Quang Linh Vlogs and Le Tuan Linh - legal representative of CER Group appeared. All three continuously apologized for over-advertising and conveying inaccurate information about the product to customers.

In particular, Hang Du Muc could not hide his emotions many times, bursting into tears because of his mistakes: "We would like to learn from our experience and apologize. This is a very valuable lesson for us to grow up, mature and know how to go in the right direction, not making the same mistake again. I hope that the press can sympathize with our mistakes, being young when entering the profession. And when success comes too quickly, it can lead people in the wrong direction. I would like to apologize."

In response to the question of whether KERA candy is a functional food or not? The female TikToker said: "During the livestream, it was also shared that this is a supplement product, not a functional food. During the sharing process, some other KOLs, not in the team, bought this product and used it and said it was a functional food. As for Linh and I personally, as well as other people in the company, I would like to confirm 100% that we have never said that this product is a functional food."

During the meeting, Hang Du Muc also mentioned the controversial bird's nest case earlier. She burst into tears, apologized for her statement when converting the bird's nest content and said that what she said on the livestream was based on the parameters provided by the factory. "After this incident, I realized many loopholes in myself and I still have many shortcomings, leading to today's mistake," the closing war god said in tears.
