The movie Hoa Co May part 3 aired at the end of 2017, the first time he had a kiss scene with his female co-star Hanh Sino. After being told about this scene by a domestic helper, Hai Anh's wife just silently sent screenshots to her husband. The actor revealed that his wife was silent for a few days before returning to her normal state after that. However, he knew that his wife understood it was just work, so she didn't get angry or make a big deal out of it.

Hai Anh admits that he also has "jealous blood" no less than his wife. His life partner used to be the beauty queen of Chu Van An High School and has many satellites around. In 10 years of being a husband and wife, Hai Anh has repeatedly faced men who have "intentions" with his wife.
