Hanoi: Apartment fire in 9-storey mini apartment, 30 people flee

Spotting a burning smell with black smoke at a mini-apartment building, residents alerted local authorities. The Fire Department said it was more likely that the fire started in an old washing machine left on the balcony.

The 1st floor of the house is a parking area, from the 2nd floor to the 9th floor each floor has 7-8 apartments, a total of 58 rooms with 154 people living.
