The Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 contest takes place in a special context when the North of Vietnam is overcoming the consequences of Typhoon No. 3. Duong Thanh Ha bravely answered in two words with emotion: "My most memorable proud journey at Miss Universe Vietnam is the journey to learn about the history of patriotic traditions at the Monument of the Base of the Southeast Party Committee and thereby express my infinite respect and gratitude to the heroes and martyrs who have died born for the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.

And if I am crowned tonight, with self-respect and national pride, I am ready to contribute my strength to community activities in health and education through cultural exchange activities to contribute to bringing Vietnam to the world and bringing the world closer to Vietnam".

During her studies at the school, Miss Duong Thanh Ha actively participated in many activities and movements. She and the organizers plan to travel to 20 countries in 2 years of tenure to exchange culture with the world.
