According to the petition, Ms. Hong Nhung asked the court to cancel the document declaring the inheritance of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh made by Hong Loan on April 7, 2023 at the Notary Office Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen (Binh Thanh District). According to the will of the late artist, the properties were transferred to his daughter, including: Housing and land use rights at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan District; Land use rights for two land plots in Linh Dong ward, Thu Duc city and a car.

In addition, Ms. Hong Nhung also proposed to cancel the update of changes on the certificate of land use rights and land-attached assets at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem; right to use 2 land plots in Linh Dong ward, Thu Duc city. After that, Ms. Hong Nhung asked to divide the inheritance of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh for 2 land plots for herself and Mr. Nhieu (Mrs. Nhung's brother). Ms. Nhung requested to receive half of the value after deducting the value that Meritorious Artist Vu Linh made an oral will for Ms. Phuong. The provisional amount that Ms. Nhung requested is 1.5 billion VND.

Hundreds of YouTubers and TikTokers stood booing and cheering to chase this person out.

Despite being kicked out of the grave, this person and another still shouted, saying the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh still "wants to go up". This woman continued to shout: "You were shaking so much earlier that you said the wrong age, I want to meet Hong Loan to ask to be allowed into the house. My father has not been allowed to enter the house for several months now, I just lie on the grave. I can't enter the house because there are always two guards outside the door. I'm an artist, this old tree is too big and this body is small, I want people to believe this body."

In another clip, a woman who kept convulsing said hesitantly: "I'm so glad I got up today." Another person added: "I haven't opened my mouth yet, so I can't speak", this person continuously nodded.

Talking about this issue, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu, former Chairman of the Committee on Social Affairs (now the Social Affairs Committee) of the National Assembly, said that the relevant agencies must quickly step in and stabilize the social order. self-rule and social security, this situation cannot be allowed to persist, affecting the lives of people and the family of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh.

On July 26, talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Hien Triet, General Director of Binh Duong Flower Park, said that the number of people who come to the grave of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh is not much, it takes a few YouTubers to visit the grave of the late artist.
