The case was handled and settled by Deputy Chief Justice of Phu Nhuan District People's Court Mr. Le Minh Phuoc.

According to the lawsuit, Ms. Nhung asked the court to cancel the document declaring the inheritance of Hong Loan made on April 7, 2023 at the Notary Office Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen for the property of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh. In particular, the house and land use rights at 5 Doan Thi Diem, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan District, according to the certificate of land use rights issued by the People's Committee of this district on January 23, 2015, were transferred to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan.

Land use rights for land plots No. 87, 88 and map sheet No. 8 in Linh Dong ward, Thu Duc city, according to the land use right certificate issued by the People's Committee of Thu Duc district (now Thu Duc city) on the 19th. December 1998 and a car have been transferred to Mrs. Vo Thi Hong Loan. Ms. Nhung proposed to cancel the update with the above title transfer in the land use right certificates.
