The CEO of a unit specializing in spices said that the person in charge of the kitchen is not a professional chef, not a Vietnamese, so he does not know what the position of pho soup must be: "I think at least at the beginning, there should be a Vietnamese chef, then we can train natives and develop some more dishes such as stir-fried pho, bread, salad rolls".

If there are other Vietnamese pho chains participating in the Shanghai market, Mr. Trung said that Chi Pu's restaurant is difficult to compete.
