I'm really happy that my journey has been supported by the audience, especially all the fans who have given me special love. After the Miss Grand Vietnam journey, I have had a great change. In terms of work, I have had many shows, many designers have invited me to show with very special collections.

For me, people will create the value of life, then we ourselves will decide our own path. Success is not simply about the ranking, but it lies in the experience and what we reap after the competition. I always acknowledge and send a sincere thank you to Miss Grand Vietnam because thanks to the contest, the name Thien Huong has come closer to everyone. I am also always grateful to the audience, who have always given me love. This is the motivation for me to contribute and breakthrough more in other fields.

This year, there are many beauty contests organized, currently there are also many contests such as Miss World Vietnam, Miss Grand Vietnam or Miss Universe Vietnam. Are you planning to return to a beauty contest to find your own title this year?

I feel very happy and happy to have my fans back supporting me, to be able to get a title for myself. However, in my current life and work, I am also very satisfied with the position I have. If given the chance, I will definitely come back for a contest. I am currently in the process of improving myself more. Hopefully, before my age is about to end, I will explode once more, so that the audience and fans can see Thien Huong in a beauty contest.

As a beauty who has been smooth on many beauty contests. If you go back, are you afraid that you will be judged as an old face, there is nothing new for the organizers of the contest that you will participate in to exploit?

The core of a beauty contest is still to find a girl who fully converges on the elements: beauty, intelligence and style. That does not mean that the girl has an old face, after many failures, she will not choose anymore. We can see, a typical icon is Ms. Pham Huong, who failed a lot, but then she reached the top of glory, winning a contest with the most influence in the country. I also understand enough, when I reach an age that I feel is mature enough in everything, in terms of knowledge, energy, and skills, an organizer will definitely be able to choose me to become a member. their contest crowning face.

Currently, Miss Universe Vietnam has lost the right to nominate candidates to Miss Universe. So to choose a national contest that has the right to send candidates to international competitions and a contest like Miss Universe Vietnam, which one will you choose to go to?

In my opinion, each organizer will have its own and different international contest copyrights. I myself, if I want to join an organization that holds authority, I must first consider which contest I fit into first. I have many invitations to participate in international competitions, but I do not choose, because I do not feel suitable, I always accept and seize every opportunity that comes to me, if that competition is a competition I feels appropriate.

Why did you choose to continue to compete in Miss Grand Vietnam when Miss Universe is your first destination and dream, since 2017?

The Miss Universe Vietnam contest that I once participated in to find a place in Miss Universe, is a contest that I have watched for a long time, since I was a child and I really like it. Because the winner is the one who has a voice, brings the national spirit to the world, and wins equal rights for women. One thing people always know, is that women are always inferior to men. If it is possible to win, it is something that is very proud and has deep meaning. When I pursue it, there are reasons.

As for Miss Grand Vietnam, this contest also has very good criteria and meanings. Because this contest is in line with the charity project I am doing, meaning giving, let's love more. And when we do that, we will create a world that will be peaceful. Every contest I participate in will have its own meaning, in line with my thoughts and observations. I will not enter any contest that is not suitable for myself.

Many people say that you have it all, from skills, beauty, physique, but the most lacking is foreign language proficiency. Do you find this to be true, when a beauty cannot be without this when going international?

Actually, in my opinion, everyone's comments are correct. I also admit that I am not good at English. But for me to be able to speak and communicate well like a native, it also takes time. I also competed in a beauty contest in 2018, at that time I studied for more than 1 year, it was better. However, after a period of not using it, it weakens a bit.

But I myself always think, when choosing a Miss, she has a voice, inspires, brings her energy to convey to young people. For you to change something that can have an impact, that's a good thing. Currently, if I were chosen to represent Vietnam in an international competition, I would still confidently ask for permission to use interpreters in important competitions. As for daily activities, I can still communicate well in English. Because I see, there are a lot of people who competed in Miss Universe recently, even though they made it to the top, there are still some people who still can't speak English. Actually, I don't make excuses for it, but I am always confident and proud of my national voice.

If you are so good, you have an inspirational story, you are a person who makes efforts in life, creating good values for young people, then why can't you be Miss just because you don't know English? But while English is the language of another country, not the mother tongue. I always believe, opportunities will always be given to every girl who tries.

However, in the present time, we should also know how to improve ourselves to better English. That's the basis, a plus point for girls, if you want to come to a beauty arena.

Many people are still skeptical about your education. This is also a pretty sensitive thing for a contestant. What do you have to say about this?

I once shared at Miss Universe Vietnam, that I myself had difficulties since childhood. However, in 12 years of study, I was a good student and was the representative of the excellent student team in An Giang province in 8th grade. The average score at the end of the year was 9.9 and entered the chemistry team. However, by the 12th grade, my family had a deadline and the business was at a loss. If at that time I studied further, I would have to borrow money to go to school.

My family suffers from a lot of negative things, being looked down on by neighbors and relatives quite a lot. Therefore, for me, paying filial piety to my parents is greater than my knowledge and future path, so I decided that I would not go to school and I would go to work. That's why, sometimes people don't know their situation, because I'm not as lucky as others. Each family's situation is different, no one is the same.

With each failure, there will certainly be separate lessons for you. For you, up to this point, what have you learned?

In the most objective way, to look at it, if I myself fit the criteria and image selected by a certain contest organizer, then winning will be a very lucky and natural thing. moat. At the moment, I may not be suitable, because when it comes to beauty and good, no one can define it. Only within each limit, at that time, the winner might have been better, better at what the organizers needed.

However, it is not certain that the beauty queen can be better or better than me as well as other friends in other fields. Because each person has a different personality and energy, no one will be the same. After failures, I always draw and conclude things, that is, always believe in yourself, success will always come to those who always believe in themselves.

For you, what is the most confident thing you feel from you? In addition to performance skills, skills on stage, because becoming a beauty queen does not depend only on those things.

The thing that I am most confident in besides things like skills and charisma that I already have, is my compassion, my sharing of love. Since participating in Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, I have known how to volunteer, know how to create my own personal fund. Since then, I also know to do more charity work, which is something that I am very proud of, because I am quite young but I can take in foster children, orphans and provide monthly support. for babies. Those are the positive things, the core values that I bring to each beauty contest that I participate in.

Specifically, what are the volunteer projects that you are working on, up until now?

It's the Thien Huong project for the community, made by myself and named by myself. This project is a fund, deducted from the money I make. Every show I participate in, after receiving the salary, I will deduct 10%, put it in a piggy bank, it will be a fund for me to give and share. By sending scholarships to young people in Ca Mau and my hometown An Giang. I will do it once or twice a year. There are children I still adopt, I will support and raise them until they turn 18 and go to college. In addition, I also participate in many other volunteer groups, specifically I am a member of a fund that gives money to buy coffins for those who have lost but have difficulty. Those are the human values that I feel very proud of, as well as always want my fund to spread, grow bigger, help more people.

Many people take advantage of volunteer work just to PR for themselves, by showing off too much. You are also a philanthropist, what do you think about this?

There was an aunt who taught and told me a sentence: "If you do volunteer work, but you keep posting, sharing, and information about what you can do, how much money you can give, your merit will be converted into those images". For me, if that project is my calling to spread, get more capital, help more situations, that's a good thing. However, if we use this to promote ourselves, then I think our merit will decrease. Because that's why I participate in a lot of volunteer projects, but only when necessary, I update.

From 2022 up to now, our country has organized and found many beauty queens, some even say that "when you go to the alley, you meet the beauty". Do you think this is true and what do you think about the phrase "Miss Chaos"?

In my opinion, if it's called chaos, it's not necessarily chaos. Because as you can see, to win a beauty contest is not easy. For example, Miss Universe Vietnam, if you want to win, you have to "scratch your skin" to get the crown. Typically myself, I had to study, hone for almost 1 year and 8 months, learn the catwalk, learn manners, learn skills, everything. However, it only stopped at the top 16. Therefore, it is very difficult to achieve the crown at a beauty contest, depending on both "time and earth's advantage and harmony".

If our country has many beauty queens, there are many girls who practice skills, study and have more motivation to develop themselves, that is also a very positive thing. I still encourage girls who want to compete in beauty pageants. There are many beauty queens, but it is a good thing to do humane values.

Once crowned a beauty contest in 2018, it was Miss Vietnam Worldwide. However, until now people still don't remember and call you Miss, but still a beauty. Are you sad and unfair about this?

I am not sad, because each time is different, I will fit a different name. I was also mentioned as Miss Thien Huong in the press. But at this point, I go back to another beauty contest, I will return to 0. The name it is just suitable for each time like that.

Moreover, that contest is also quite small, with only 35 contestants, but it has the meaning of exchange and cooperation between Vietnam and Taiwan. When I had the opportunity to compete and perform with you, I learned and learned a lot about the culture and people, as well as visited many famous places in Taiwan. When I was crowned, I also felt proud, when I was only 21 years old.
