After stabilizing his health, the patient returned to the clinic to ask for documents related to medical examination and treatment to apply for insurance, but the clinic did not provide them.

Mr. N. said that the person who examined and treated the patient was Dr. Nguyen Thi N., who had just signed a contract to work at the clinic for 10 days.
