According to the patient, on October 20, the doctor injured his left hand. He used his other hand to take medicine and used a syringe with a long needle to inject medicine directly into the umbilical cord to promote stillbirth. . Ms. T said: "The first injection was misaligned, causing me extreme pain. All the medicine spewed out. I offered to let someone else do it, but Dr. N. said, "Only you can do it." After that, Ms. T. According to the patient's feedback, the same evening the clinic asked her to stay for observation. On October 21, she showed signs of severe pain, so she asked medical staff for assistance. "At this time, the doctor advised me to switch to the 37 million package, which is a painless method and better for my health. While in too much pain, I agreed to a new price. However, after that they did not provide any support. gave me a pot, and gave birth in extreme pain both physically and mentally" - Ms. T said.

From the initial agreed upon service package amount of 21.9 million VND, according to information from the patient, upon completion she had to pay the clinic nearly 45 million VND. After stabilizing his health, the patient returned to the clinic to ask for documents related to medical examination and treatment to apply for insurance, but the clinic did not provide them.

Then, on November 15, the clinic's representative, Mr. Hoang Dai N., head of the Human Resources Department of the above General Clinic, spoke up.

Mr. N. said that the person who examined and treated the patient was Dr. Nguyen Thi N., who had just signed a contract to work at the clinic for 10 days. The reason Dr. N. used one hand to pump medicine to the patient was because while treating the patient, the doctor had a traffic accident that injured one hand.

"After the doctor examined and treated patient T, the clinic's board of directors received the information. The clinic's leaders asked the departments to gather, report, and explain. As of today, the clinic admitted that the incident happened at the clinic. The clinic recorded and admitted errors due to lax management, leading to the undesirable situation reported by the patient" - Mr. N. said.

According to the information provided by Mr. Nam, the Clinic is licensed by the Department of Health of Binh Duong province to perform abortion services, however, it is only allowed to abort 7 weeks old or less. The clinic is providing information to the Department of Health Inspectorate to determine the time of abortion and the exact gestational age of the fetus. Mr. N. frankly admitted: "If the incident happened as the patient reported, this is an issue of lack of ethics, lack of humanity, and goes against the policy of the clinic's leadership. We are trying to contact with the patient to find solutions to support and resolve the case."

Regarding the unreasonable costs the patient paid, the clinic representative said that the services the patient paid were not consistent with the listed price list approved by the authorities. The clinic is conducting checks, reviews and initially determining that the money transfer was sent to a personal account, the matter is continuing to be clarified.

Regarding patient T's complaint, talking to reporters, Mr. Huynh Minh Chin, Deputy Director of the Department of Health of Binh Duong province, said that the department had received the patient's complaint.
