Along the way, the group of subjects staggered, swayed and were ready to throw glass bottles to provoke and fight with other young people when they met on the road.

In the process of moving in the inner city streets, the above group of subjects used glass bottles three times in a row to throw them at groups of people walking in the opposite direction and then drove away.

Specifically, in the area in front of house number 56A Tran Nguyen Han (Tran Nguyen Han ward, Le Chan district), the subjects asked each other to throw bottles at 3 men riding a motorbike in the opposite direction but did not hit. During the investigation, the Le Chan District Police Investigation Agency summoned and struggled to clarify that the group that carried out the above behavior had about 12 subjects, summoned 7 subjects, including Pham Bao Ninh, Le Tien Hao, and Nguyen.
