This group of young people moved from Quang Thanh commune, Thuy Nguyen district to the center of Hai Phong city.

Along the way, the group of subjects staggered, swayed and were ready to throw glass bottles to provoke and fight with other young people when they met on the road.

In the process of moving in the inner city streets, the above group of subjects used glass bottles three times in a row to throw them at groups of people walking in the opposite direction and then drove away.

Specifically, in the area in front of house number 56A Tran Nguyen Han (Tran Nguyen Han ward, Le Chan district), the subjects asked each other to throw bottles at 3 men riding a motorbike in the opposite direction but did not hit. However, at area 152 Ho Sen, Le Chan district, the subjects continued to throw beer bottles at the group of young people going in the opposite direction, but unfortunately hit Mr. Ms. NTHT (residing in An Duong district, Hai Phong) caused both injuries.

During the investigation, the Le Chan District Police Investigation Agency summoned and struggled to clarify that the group that carried out the above behavior had about 12 subjects, summoned 7 subjects, including Pham Bao Ninh, Le Tien Hao, and Nguyen.
