"Angelina attended on Thursday (August 29) and she will leave shortly after with Pablo Larraín (director of Maria) to attend the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado (USA). Brad arrives in Venice on Saturday (August 31). So there is no way they can meet at the Lido," Barbera revealed.

The movie starring Angelina is on the list of nominees for the Golden Lion. Meanwhile, Brad and co-star George Clooney are scheduled to appear on the red carpet on September 1 to introduce the movie about the killer Wolfs. The movie is not in the competition.

The two actors were spotted together at the 2007 Venice Film Festival to support Brad's film, The Assassination of Jessie James by the Coward Robert Ford. However, they have been feuding since Angelina filed for divorce in 2016.
