Mr. Tuyen said that after 17 years, the facilities and eating conditions of the children at the center have improved in a more positive direction. Mr. Tuyen said that although children living at the center grow up with the love of teachers and staff, they still feel guilty because they do not have parents. In addition, the representative of the board of directors said "it is not complete" because the center does not have a full-time doctor to fully treat and examine children with disabilities and cerebral palsy.

Besides us, according to Mr. Dinh Huu Tuyen, Pax Thien is not the only case of being adopted by a well-off family.

Director of Tam Binh Child Nurturing and Protection Center said there are many cases coming to the center to apply for adoption. Among them, some are infertile, unable to have children, and some come from abroad, like the case of Angelina Jolie adopting Pax Thien.

"Pax Thien is of more interest because he was adopted by a famous artist in the US. He is just a typical case of the center. Over 20 years of working here, I have witnessed many babies being adopted by families of doctors and businessmen. come to adopt and grow up in an environment full of love and educational conditions," Mr. Tuyen shared.

Mr. Huu Tuyen said many adopted children have good and happy lives. Because most adoptive children really need their children and are tolerant enough to treat them as if they were their own children. Before the children go to their new home, the adoptive parents must carry out procedures in accordance with the law. On personal documents, the children are the legal children of the adopter.

Many years ago, after Pax Thien's adoption became famous online, Mr. Tuyen wanted many benefactors to open their arms to the children, especially infertile families, with special love for children. The center's director said there are many cases of people coming to the center to complete adoption procedures after an adoption that has received national attention.

In addition to the case of orphans like Pax Thien, the center adopts many disabled children, with some cases of hydrocephalus. The children are pitiful because they are unable to function on their own and live the rest of their lives dependent on the love of society and staff at the center.

In addition to fulfilling its mission of creating a shelter for orphans and disabled children, the center strives to ensure that children at Tam Binh Center receive cultural education, have a place to play, live, and exercise properly. with age.

Most importantly, staff focus on teaching life skills, helping children at the center know how to adapt to society. "What we aim for is to help children know how to integrate from a young age and not be self-conscious when they grow up. Children at the center more or less know how to be confident when they step out into life," Mr. Tuyen added.

Currently, the Tam Binh Children's Protection Center maintains its operations thanks to the State budget, socialization sources and contributions from benefactors. He always appreciates all the people's help and concern for the center.

"Most of the children are orphans. Seeing them happy when interacting, makes me happy too. Gifts from benefactors are also a way to encourage the children to feel integrated and become more and more confident. After reaching retirement age, I hope the center will continue to be well maintained and help the children have a happy home," Mr. Tuyen said.

Currently, Pax Thien is said to be the closest child to his adoptive mother. He was always there to encourage Angelina Jolie, even refuting her adoptive father.
