An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company â a snack brand that once âmade wavesâ on e-commerce platforms â has officially completed the dissolution procedures, according to information from the National Business Registration Portal. The companyâs headquarters is located in An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi.
According to the business registration authority, the company has been updated with the legal status of "dissolved". The reason stated in the notice is that after a period of operation, the company could not find a market and encountered many difficulties in business. The company said it no longer needed to continue operating.
Previously, on January 16, the company sent a document to the Hanoi Business Registration Office to announce the dissolution of the enterprise for the above reason. In the letter, the enterprise requested the competent authority to publish the dissolution decision and the minutes of the shareholders' meeting. At the same time, it committed to take full responsibility before the law for the legality, accuracy and honesty of the content of the notice.
From e-commerce phenomenon to dissolution decision
An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company was established in May 2023, operating mainly in the field of food wholesale. The head of the company is Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong (born in 1999), son of Ms. Tuyet - a character associated with the brand, holding the role of Director and Legal Representative.
When it was first established, the company had a charter capital of VND2 billion, of which Mr. Truong contributed VND1.7 billion, accounting for 85% of the shares. The two remaining shareholders are Mr. Pham Hai Duong and Mr. Do Thanh Nho, each contributing VND150 million, equivalent to 7.5% of the capital. By October 2023, the company increased its charter capital to VND5 billion, however, the new ownership ratio was not announced.
According to the minutes of the shareholders' meeting on January 16, all four shareholders of the company, including Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong (330,000 shares), Mr. Pham Hai Duong (30,000 shares), Mr. Do Thanh Nho (15,000 shares) and Mr. Le Hoang Vu Long (125,000 shares) agreed on the dissolution plan.
The company said it had fulfilled its financial obligations to the State, insurance agencies and employees before ceasing operations. However, the individual business under the name of Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong is still operating normally, showing that the brand "An Cung Ba Tuyet" has not completely disappeared from the market.
While the news of the dissolution was spreading, the TikTok channel of Eating with Mrs. Tuyet was still operating regularly. In particular, Mrs. Tuyet quickly updated information about the factory transfer process.
According to the latest video, all the machinery of the old factory is being dismantled and moved to the new factory - which Ms. Tuyet confirmed is "much better". In a clip, Ms. Tuyet said: "This is where Ms. Tuyet made the first grilled spring rolls. But today, all of this machinery, I will move to the new factory which is bigger, wider, cleaner. And this is the whole view of the factory in the process of dismantling. The old factory got 9 points, the new factory must get 11 points".
Images of the dismantling and transportation process have partly shown that this brand is entering a new phase.
Another interesting detail that netizens have noticed is that in the comment section of a video, when someone mentioned the new factory located in Song Cong City (Thai Nguyen), the official account of Eating with Mrs. Tuyet "liked" this comment. Although not directly confirmed, that action is considered an implicit confirmation from the owner.
Obviously, although the official business has been dissolved, the brand An Cung Ba Tuyet has not disappeared. With the investment in a new, larger, cleaner and more professional factory, many people believe that this could be a turning point for the brand to operate more effectively and stably in the long term.
Brands that have reached the hundred billion revenue milestone
On e-commerce platforms, "Eating with Mrs. Tuyet" once made a strong impression with impressive sales. With hundreds of thousands of orders, this brand was once considered a "phenomenon" in the snack industry.
Specifically, the combo of 20 packages of boneless spicy chicken feet, priced at 169,000 VND, has reached nearly 225,000 orders. The "Red and Black" combo of 10 packages of spicy chicken feet and 10 packages of lemongrass and lime chicken feet (priced at 169,000 VND) has sold nearly 129,000 orders. Another combo priced at 100,000 VND also recorded about 238,000 orders.
Just counting the three typical products, the revenue at listed price has exceeded 80 billion VND. In addition, many other products on the same channel also recorded tens of thousands of orders, showing their popularity and strong reception from the market. If sales from other platforms are included, the total estimated revenue is much higher.
Image shaken by a series of consecutive "scandals"
However, behind the initial success, this brand has also struggled many times due to incidents related to products, processes and transparency in information.
In March 2024, a customer reported on social media that he had discovered a strange object resembling a reptile in the brand's snack product. The image immediately went viral, creating a wave of concern among consumers. A company representative later confirmed that they had contacted the customer to request a sample for testing but were unsuccessful because the customer had thrown away the product. The company pledged to re-examine the entire product manufacturing process.
In March 2025, another incident caused the brand to continue facing a media crisis. A customer discovered that the product packaging had a manufacturing date of 07/09/2025 printed on it â four months after the product was purchased. The incident quickly spread on social media with the sarcastic phrase âchicken feet through timeâ, raising questions about warehouse management and product labeling.
Many regrets, but no surprises
The news of the dissolution has left many consumers feeling regretful because they have been attached to the product for a long time. However, many also believe that this was a predictable outcome as market confidence was eroded by successive incidents.
The dissolution of the enterprise but the continued operation of the individual business of Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong shows that the brand "An Cung Ba Tuyet" may just be in the process of restructuring or preparing for a new strategy. From an online phenomenon with revenue of hundreds of billions of VND, the story of "An Cung Ba Tuyet" has now become a valuable lesson about trust and transparency in the food business.
