Recently, Yoko Apasra caused a stir when she appeared in the girl love movie Blank The Series with her sweet, innocent beauty. The success of the film caused many people to immediately "search" for information about the Gen Z actress.
Yoko Apasra was born in 2001, mixed Thai-Chinese-Vietnamese and is currently an artist under the management company 9Star Studio. Previously, she was a member of the girl group The Glass Girls.
Yoko Apasra is a young actress and model with many years of experience in the profession. She fell in love with the entertainment industry when she was just 2 years old. Initially, when her sister went to film, Yoko often followed her to the set to visit. After that, she was noticed by the production team and invited to participate in her first film titled Payak Raai Hok Pandin.
Since then, Yoko has continuously received many roles in various projects, from movies, commercials to television shows. Yoko's first film works include The Haunted Village (Ladda Land, 2011), Together (2012), Long Weekend (2013).
Thanks to her diligence in filming and being serious about her profession, the young actress is highly appreciated by people in the industry and receives many invitations to participate in film and advertising projects. Besides, Yoko is also the representative face of many famous Thai brands and cosmetics.
According to the actress, her cameo role in the movie Thongsuk 13 (2023) of Five Star Movies (co-production of the Pee Nak universe) is one of the roles that Yoko remembers the most. Because she was quite afraid of ghosts, she brought 4-5 Buddha statues to the studio to calm her spirit. After completing the movie, Yoko couldn't sleep for 2 nights because she was so scared.
When she grew up, Yoko began to appear as a guest in music projects, especially in collaboration with Kamikaze company - the record label where her sister Neko Naerunchara worked, in Marc's MV Can I.
In 2024, Yoko appeared in the series Blank The Series - the film that brought her name far beyond the land of the Golden Temple. In the film, the actress plays Aneung - a 20-year-old student with a simple and innocent style like the real Yoko.
Following the success of Gap The Series, Blank The Series revolves around the love affair of Khun Neung (Sam's older sister in Gap The Series) and her age-gap lover - Aneung.
It started when Khun Neung, a 34-year-old woman, grew up under the pressure of her grandmother. She couldn't be herself and couldn't find someone who made her feel loved and appreciated. One day, when Khun Neung met a young girl with pretty eyes and a cute appearance, Aneung (Yoko Apasra Lertprasert), everything gradually changed.
Aneung is dynamic, always exuding the positive, youthful energy of a young woman. Aneung's appearance is like adding brighter colors to Khun Neung's monochromatic life. The young student made Khun Neung laugh, giving her the feeling of being truly cared for and loved. However, the age gap is a barrier that makes this relationship difficult to come true.
The film created a buzz, becoming one of the successful adaptations of the first half of 2024. The main couple's artistic career also took another turn. A series of magazines from China to Korea continuously signed and released publications with different styles celebrating the "hotness" of Yoko and co-star Faye Malisorn.
Habits and interests during adolescence
At the age of 13, Yoko shared her love for figure skating. She thinks skating is like gliding gently on the ground, comfortable and enjoyable. Besides, she also loves cooking, although she encounters many difficulties when entering the kitchen.
Her most memorable cooking experience was having an accident while frying eggs. Yoko accidentally dropped the egg shell and burned the egg she was frying. Because she wasn't paying attention while scraping off the burnt part, she spilled a pan of eggs on herself. Even though it was burned, luckily the cooked egg was still intact in the pan.
Education
Regarding her education, Yoko attended high school at Southland Girls' School in New Zealand before pursuing a degree in Communications at Stamford International University.
Before that, when she was in 10th grade, the actress always tried to arrange a reasonable time to both study and work and often only received filming schedules on weekends or after school.
If there is a project that requires you to miss class, Yoko will ask you to provide assignments to complete the assignment on time. This shows that she always tries to balance work and study skillfully.
Fashion habits and styles
On days when she has to wear makeup, she will go directly home immediately after finishing work to remove makeup and protect healthy skin.
In addition, Yoko's focus on health is also shown in her diet and exercise habits. She is always interested in healthy foods that provide a lot of nutrition and energy for her artistic activities. At the same time, the actress regularly practices Pilates, a subject that requires muscle endurance and flexibility to maintain a slim figure.
Yoko's fashion style often comes with shorts and sneakers. She loves long-sleeved t-shirts, short skirts or gentle crop tops.
The above habits are all outstanding characteristics of a genuine Gen Z girl, a young, active girl who cares about her health and appearance.
