Nearly 3 weeks have passed and Ý Nhi has had some excellent performances in her host country. However, the results of the sub-competitions did not smile on her as she regretfully missed out on all the special tickets to the top.

The Miss World 2025 Organizing Committee has just announced the list of winners of the Multimedia Challenge. Vietnam's representative, Miss Huynh Tran Y Nhi, made it into the Top 5 of this competition but unfortunately missed out on the secondary award. This result means that Thailand's representative, Opal Suchata, won and became the next contestant from the Asia-Pacific region to advance straight to the Top 40.

In the final round of the Multimedia Challenge, the 20 best contestants took on the role of “reporters” and made a video recounting their journey to Miss World. The content required included: the journey to becoming a national beauty queen, experiences in Telangana (India), behind the scenes of the contest, and expectations for the upcoming final night. This is a competition that requires creativity, the ability to convey information, and professional video editing skills.

Unfortunately, although Ý Nhi's video was highly appreciated by the judges for its content and message, she missed the final ticket in this sub-contest due to an incident related to the length. According to the regulations of the Miss World Organizing Committee, the Multimedia competition requires contestants to submit videos with a maximum length of 1 minute 30 seconds (90 seconds). However, Ý Nhi's entry was said to be 11 seconds longer than the regulation, which is 1 minute 41 seconds. This seemingly insignificant reason caused Ý Nhi to lose her place in the media competition. Although highly appreciated for the content, positive spirit and neat image, Ý Nhi still had to stop, creating great regret for her fans.

As soon as the news that Ý Nhi had failed the competition due to a video length error spread, many conflicting opinions arose surrounding the shortcomings of Miss Ý Nhi's team, specifically Sen Vàng Company - the unit that sent Ý Nhi to the contest. "Unprofessional", "unbelievable", "unnecessary mistake" - were the words that netizens commented on extensively on beauty forums. Some people thought that this was the team's fault, and could not be due to the contestant's personal negligence, because technical control such as video length is the responsibility of the support team. The anger of fans is completely understandable when a valuable opportunity was missed due to an avoidable error.

During her time participating in Miss World 2025, Ý Nhi received many compliments for her journey to improve her image and try to assert herself. From catwalk skills, charisma to foreign languages and communication, she showed clear progress through each round. Therefore, stopping due to a technical reason made fans even more regretful and indignant.

Previously, Ý Nhi also brought positive signals to Vietnam. She entered the Top 8 of Beauty With A Purpose (Humanitarian Project) with a project called "Heart To Head" about building community bookcases for children in disadvantaged areas. This is Ý Nhi's first outstanding achievement at Miss World after a series of failures in the sub-contests such as Sports, Head To Head Challenge, Talent and Top Model. The fact that she continuously appeared in the top groups, despite "empty-handed" the sub-contest, proved that Ý Nhi has shown stable performance and a dynamic, professional image in the eyes of the judges as well as experts.

With her relentless efforts throughout the journey, Ý Nhi still has a chance to turn things around if she performs well in the remaining rounds, especially in the closed interview rounds and the final night. Miss World is a competition where the results are sometimes decided at the last minute, and the hope for the Vietnamese representative is still intact.
