The police said that Shell Thi My Hanh's p.rostitution ring was organized discreetly and sophisticatedly with the method of exchanging information through social networks. Currently, the case is still being investigated by the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department. HCM is consolidating documents and evidences and handling strictly in accordance with the law.
