Vu Thuy Quynh was born in 1998, from Dien Bien, a bachelor of the National Academy of Public Administration. Thuy Quynh has a sharp face, a balanced figure with a height of 1.74m and three measurements of 86-63-97cm. She has experience participating in beauty contests and has won the hearts of viewers thanks to her lovely face and professional performance style.

Although no one in her family is an artist, Thuy Quynh has always been passionate about learning and improving her knowledge of books, newspapers, and social networks. To improve her skills, she took on lookbook and catwalk photography.

In 2018, Vu Thuy Quynh participated for the first time in events and beauty contests such as "Vietnam Supermodel". Possessing a beautiful face, strong Oriental features and a well-proportioned body, she was quickly appreciated by the audience.

I did not naturally have a good body and health like now. It was a process of constantly trying to change myself, a lot of sweat and tears, and moments when I thought about giving up because it was too painful, because I did not want to eat but had to eat to have the current body. Maybe people say that I have not changed, but for me it is a change every day", the beauty from Dien Bien expressed.

According to Vu Thuy Quynh, she has created discipline for herself in exercising as well as a scientific diet to maintain a toned, healthy figure. Specifically, the beauty from Dien Bien cooks her own food at home, eats dishes that are not too spicy, low in fat, and high in fiber... In addition, Vu Thuy Quynh supplements her body with enough water every day and a glass of unsweetened fresh orange juice.
