He added: "My grandmother passed away due to illness. I had to perform during that time. I felt like I was going to cry if I was just performing, so it was hard. I hope she gets to see me perform. When I visited her grave, I brought a box of her favorite drinks."

V expressed filial piety to his father: "My dad was in the clothing business for a long time. Every day he had to drive his clothes to Dongdaemun early in the morning to sell.

I once went on a trip with my dad. When I looked at the dashboard of the car, I saw that it had already covered 500,000 kilometers. I told my dad I had to change cars right away, and I gave him one. Then I swapped cars for him two more times, each time giving him the best car."
