The indictment identifies Trang as the owner of Trang Nemo shop in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Conflict with Ms. Tran Nguyen Tra My in the online business, Trang arranged to meet Ms. My at the store to resolve.

On the afternoon of January 16, My, Pham Le Khanh and Tran Thi Hoang Yen went to Trang Nemo store. Here, My and Yen entered the store to meet Trang to apologize, while Khanh stood outside.

During the process of solving the case as well as at the trial at the end of November 2022, Ms. Khanh proposed criminal prosecution against the person who caused her injury.

In the presence of the jury, Trang Nemo admitted extreme behavior in anger. She said that after the incident happened, she was very remorseful. The Nemo page once sent a gift basket to the victim with an apology in the hope that the victim could forgive her.

With the charge in the indictment, Trang Nemo could face a maximum penalty of 2 years in prison. After the trial, the Procuracy proposed a penalty of 8-12 months in prison for Trang Nemo. After that, Trang Nemo's lawyer suggested that his client receive a suspended sentence.

Faced with the risk of going to jail, Trang Nemo couldn't hold back her emotions and burst into tears, expressing her repentance, hoping that the court could reduce her punishment.

On November 22, 2022, the People's Court of District 1 (HCMC) continued the first-instance trial of the public disorder case against defendant Nguyen Xuan Huong Trang (Trang Nemo) and 4 accomplices, including: Pham Quyen Quy , Nguyen Ngoc Khuong (both 23 years old), Nguyen Phuoc Tuan (31 years old) and Phan Hoang Nam (24 years old).

Around 13:50, the defendants turned to the court.
