Tran Ngoc Vang was born in 1998 in Phan Rang - Thap Cham, graduated as an actor from Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema. After winning the title of Movie Face 2020, this guy had two consecutive movies released in theaters: "Someone's Husband" and "Someone Who Should Forget Must Remember" (released on Christmas 2020).

On July 1, 2020, Tran Ngoc Vang appeared in the movie "Mother's Dream" which was well received by the public. This is a project that is a remake of the "popular" Korean television series in 2015, with the participation of many famous actors such as: People's Artist Hong Van, Meritorious Artist Huu Chau, People's Artist Kim Xuan, actor Nhan Phuc Vinh, Diem My 9x, Kim Nha, Quoc Anh, Ngan Hoa, artist Huynh Anh Tuan, artist Khanh Huyen and many other stars.

"Mother's Dream" is a miniature picture of life. There, the audience can see stories about life and people that surely all of us have encountered. The film mainly revolves around the life of Mrs. Thanh (played by People's Artist Hong Van) - a mother of the family, she sacrificed everything to take care of her husband and three children. However, this sacrifice is not understood by many people. It wasn't until later that the children gradually realized their mother's immense love and deep feelings.

In the movie, Tran Ngoc Vang plays the youngest son Kien Cuong - a smart and skillful guy, but his negligence and "bad" studies have made him "workless". But as time went by, Kien Cuong gradually understood everything and became more mature after many collisions with life.

Talking about his role, Tran Ngoc Vang shared that the fact that he and his character are both the youngest son in a family, living very emotionally, always loving and putting family first helped him clearly feel and Complete the role perfectly.

Previously, Tran Ngoc Vang also participated in the film project "People Who Should Forget Must Remember" by director Duc Thinh. According to the revelation from the 9X actor, initially, he went to the movie's casting session just to participate in the selection for the supporting role.

Director Do Duc Thinh recalled: "At that time, we were quite worried because we still couldn't find a satisfactory male lead after nearly 2 months. Luckily, the deputy director suddenly said that he thought Tran Ngoc Vang , who is applying for a supporting role with a similar appearance to the character Binh. Therefore, we decided to meet Vang in person and ask him to try out a few other segments."

Director Charlie Nguyen, after watching Tran Ngoc Vang's casting, also expressed: "When I saw Vang, I immediately told Thinh that young gangster Binh was created to tailor shoes for him."

The fact that Tran Ngoc Vang was chosen by two directors to play the male lead role of "The One Who Must Forget Must Remember", has made many people think of the case of Kaity Nguyen in the project "I'm Not 18" released 3 years ago. However, the starting points of this pair of actors are not the same.

Kaity Nguyen first became famous after a lip-syncing video of the song "Destiny" by female singer Ho Ngoc Ha. After that, she was noticed by Charlie Nguyen. Tran Ngoc Vang also received formal training in acting. In addition, he also won the Champion award of the show "Cinema Face" season 4.
