That is caused by the Penal Code 2015 adjusted and regulated in many laws with specific crimes such as: slander (Article 156); Crime of humiliating others (Article 155); Crime of infringing upon the secret or safety of another's correspondence, telephone, telegram or other form of private information exchange (Article 159)
