He said: "Tomorrow, after the tractor finishes plowing the land of a household, we will all plant seeds together on that field. Does everyone agree? I have just discussed with the Secretary and agreed to divide the 70 households of our village into 7 groups, each group has 10 households and the groups will take turns working and looking after the farm. Every day, the Secretary here will arrange a working group and take turns until Saturday every week. If it is the day to fertilize, all the groups will go to the farm together to work."
