The three houses will be built entirely as gifts, with Quang Linh spending his own mone.y to buy the land, and his biological father Pham Quang Quy investing all the mone.y for the construction.

In Quang Dung's vlog, he updates the status of transporting construction materials, all of which are carefully selected from the best sources to build a solid house. According to Quang Dung, there are also members in the team who have worked in construction, so the team has experience in knowing how to choose and build a solid house.

The team set the construction start date as October 14th, and the day before, the team also took the opportunity to transport all construction materials into the construction area. According to Quang Dung, everything had to be moved to a safe place to avoid theft, which would affect the construction process for the legendary team.

On the morning of October 14, the whole team officially broke ground and started building the house. Mr. Quy stood up to speak, he said that because they were building 3 houses, they had to hire 3 teams of workers, so they could rest assured about the progress.
