"So a lot of times when we came here on tour, my mom used to take me through the old house and where she used to study. I heard my mother talk about Singapore all the time. To come here and perform a big show like this in front of so many amazing, generous people and honor my family the way you guys did is incredibly meaningful to me," Taylor said.

Taylor revealed her grandfather, who worked for an engineering firm, had to move to Singapore to work so her mother grew up there. "My mother's family travels everywhere because of the specifics of my grandfather's work." Taylor said.
