Nguyen Thuy Trang - owner of Deep TV channel is a YouTuber who is quite popular with netizens. She is famous for her clips filmed with a white gourd duck named Bim Bim and shares about Western life in a simple, intimate style.

Recently, on social media suddenly spread the news that Worm TV will air in a Warner Bros. Discovery film project, attracting the attention of the online community. Accordingly, the YouTuber was made a short film by this famous studio and will premiere throughout Asia on this International Women's Day 8/3.

She Creates Change is an animated documentary project by the NGO Room to Read in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery in 6 countries (including Vietnam) on International Women's Day.

This is an activity to promote efforts to build gender equality, through six inspiring stories about girls in Room to Read's girls' education support program in Asia and Africa.

Each film is a journey of schoolgirls facing their own challenges.

Thuy Trang started making clips in grade 11 because she wanted to earn money to support her parents. At that time the family was difficult, she only had an old phone left by her brother. About 6 months after making the clip, her house happened to have Bim Bim so it aired. Thanks to making videos and being supported by people, your Page is eligible for school. "If it wasn't for YouTube, I would have dropped out of school after finishing grade 12," she once shared.

The character Bim Bim is associated with the "identity" of Deep TV channel from the summer of grade 11, when Trang's mother bought more than a dozen duck seeds to boil, including 2 eggs that were close to hatching, so Trang left and later one egg hatched a white duck. "When the ducklings hatch, I put them together with the ducks at home. However, because this duck is white, so it is eaten by other ducks, I have to take it out separately. After many days of feeding and talking, I and this duck gradually became close, so I named it Bim Bim. I also never thought Bim Bim would be a 'star' on my channel in the future. Later, there will be another actor, the dog I named Dairy Cow," Trang said while petting Bim Bim duck.

Initially, Bim Bim was not shown in the clip because she was young or wrapped in tangerines under her feet and Trang was afraid to step on it, so she left the duck standing on a chair in the frame. In the clips showing the rustic dishes made by Trang such as mussels, snails, a variety of fruits, water, creative dishes ... Bim Bim all appear and are very cooperative with the mistress.

Since then, Deep TV channel began to attract very high engagement because of the words and actions of the rustic Western girl. This helped Trang's channel earn VND 4.5 million for the first time.
