In this important competition night, Miss Vo Le Que Anh performed in a costume called "Mother of Pearl" by designer Nguyen Ngoc Tu.

"The materials, colors, patterns... on the costumes are not available, so the designer had to search, research and create for this final product," Miss Que Anh shared.

The creator of the Mother of Pearl Inlay once revealed that the total weight of the costume was around 12 kg. After being adjusted for transport to the Miss Grand International stage, Miss Que Anh's national costume (including the dress and wings) was reduced to around 10 kg.

The design is carefully tailored, clinging to the shoulders to help Miss Que Anh walk steadily. The height of the shoe is also adjusted by the design team to ensure no mistakes occur during the beauty queen's performance on stage.

During the process of making the costume, the most difficult thing for the designer and the team was that each detail had to be handled separately. Answering the question of whether Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien is an ideal role model, Que Anh said: "Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien is a typical role model. I admire her. I think that at first when Thuy Tien participated in Miss Grand International, she did not receive support from Vietnamese audiences like me. According to the schedule announced by the Miss Grand International Organizing Committee after the National Costume performance, Vo Le Que Anh will enter the semi-final night on October 22. The final round of Miss Grand International 2024 is scheduled to be held on October 25. The reigning Miss, the Peruvian beauty - Luciana Fuster, will crown her successor at the final round.
