Que Anh's failure to make it into the top 20 at Miss Grand International 2024 means Vietnam has lost its streak of being in the top 8 for eight consecutive years. Many Vietnamese audiences and fans expressed regret over Que Anh's performance.

The final round of Miss Grand International 2024 ended with the victory belonging to the Indian beauty, Rachel Gupta. The remaining runner-up positions were the representatives of the Philippines, Myanmar, France, and Brazil. Miss Que Anh from Vietnam did not record any achievements in this year's season.

Que Anh is also the first Vietnamese beauty to return empty-handed from Miss Grand International after 8 years. The result of the 2001-born beauty queen received many mixed opinions from beauty fans. Vo Le Que Anh was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 in August 2024. The beauty was born in 2001, from Quang Nam, graduated from the Korean Language and Culture major at Hue University. She was the runner-up of Hue University 2020, entered the top 40 of Miss Vietnam 2020, and the first runner-up of Da Nang Tourism 2022.
