Thai media recently suddenly reported that actress Pinky Savika, along with her mother and brother, were detained for alleged fraud. The Thai court denied the actress's bail request.

According to Khaosod, the prosecutor from the 4th Special Cases Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit against Pinky Savika, her brother Kittichet Chaiyadet and mother Sarinya Chaiyadej for fraud. Another 19 people were also charged with fraud in the Forex-3D case.

Thairath reported that the Criminal Court had ordered the detention of Pinky Savika and the defendants. The actress and her mother filed a request for temporary release, but the court did not allow it because the case was of a serious nature.

According to Thai media, the number of victims in the scam is up to 9,824 people and the amount is nearly 2.5 billion baht (about 69 million USD). The actress is being held at the Women's Correctional Institution.

Pinky once said in an interview that she was not involved in the scam. The actress confirmed that she was a victim because she invested 10 million baht and had not received her money back.

On October 30, 2019, a victim filed a complaint with the Ministry of Justice accusing Forex-3D of fraud. After investing money, this person is not paid profit as advertised.
