Pax Thien is still loved by Brad Pitt despite the conflict between the actor and Angelina

Brad Pitt adopted Maddox in April 2005 after marrying Angelina, who adopted Maddox in 2002. The couple adopted their daughter Zahara in 2006, and Pax Thien - a boy of Vietnamese descent - 2007.

Angelina adopted Pax Thien when he was 3 years old. At the time, Reuters reported that the Oscar-winning actress wrote in a book for visitors of the Tam Binh orphanage, where Pax used to live. Her message read: 'Thank you guys for taking such wonderful care of my son. I'm sure he will miss the beautiful, caring staff here as much as you will miss him."

Angelina Jolie said she never expected to get pregnant before falling in love with Brad. Speaking to W Magazine in October 2008, she said: "In my heart, I realized that he was completely happy with them and treated them like his own children. I knew he would never. now discriminate against them and that has brought me a certain peace."

Everything seemed to be going well when the couple's marriage suddenly broke up in September 2016. Through an agent, Angelina explained that she was making the move "for the health of the family".
