On September 14, Krating Khunnarong sent a letter to the Minister of Justice of Thailand to confirm that he was not related to Forex-3D. Investors must pay a minimum amount every month to receive 10% profit. They will receive an additional 5% commission if they attract newcomers to the Forex-3D program.
The presence and calls of famous stars help the Forex-3D application attract a large number of users. After being investigated by the authorities, the mastermind Apirak fled abroad. In 2021, the mastermind Apirak was arrested at his home after sneaking back to Thailand.
According to the police, artists such as Pinky Savika, Thunsiwat Chantanukul and Kasem Kolpraneet have been identified as key links in Apirak's fraud ring. They have a close relationship with the tycoon that runs the Forex-3D application.
