Nhat Kim Anh welcomed her second child, a baby girl, via cesarean section. "Nhat Kim Anh's little princess was born via cesarean section, weighing 3.5 kg, at a maternity hospital in Ho Chi Minh City," a source close to Nhat Kim Anh shared.

The baby was nicknamed Julia at home. To this day, Nhat Kim Anh has kept the identity of the baby's father a secret, only revealing that she is pregnant for the second time through IVF in Thailand. The actress of "Tieng tho trong mua" surprised everyone when she showed off her big pregnant belly, which is close to her due date, in December 2024, at the company's new product launch.

Nhat Kim Anh said that during the 9 months of her pregnancy, she kept all information and images a secret, so her friends, colleagues, and audience were all surprised by her announcement. According to Nhat Kim Anh, actor Le Duong Bao Lam thought she was faking her pregnancy and preparing to film a new movie.

"I kept it from everyone for months, feeling a bit guilty. I should have shared the good news sooner, but because I had failed IVF many times, I was afraid of saying too much and failing and being disappointed. I decided to wait until the time was right and certain before announcing it so that the joy would be complete," Nhat Kim Anh said.

The actress said she was happy because her ex-husband's parents, Buu Loc, and her 10-year-old son supported her in having a second child. Nhat Kim Anh is grateful to her ex-husband and his family for helping her psychologically and teaching Tin to love his soon-to-be-born sister. Pregnant and giving birth alone, Nhat Kim Anh said she was lucky to have the support and help of her relatives. Her biological mother was the one who accompanied her daughter throughout. The female artist confided: "When I decided to have a second child, I thought and worried a lot. This is an important and challenging journey that I could hardly walk on my own. I was lucky to receive support from my family, I was not alone in this choice. My relatives encouraged me and were by my side when I needed them, reminded me to rest on time, and created a scientific menu for pregnant mothers."
